This website is operated by the entity named in the business details at the foot of this page. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to that entity; “you” is the person placing the order.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you are buying boys’ clothing for a child, you are contracting as the responsible adult. Orders may be placed for delivery within India only.

We list clothing in exactly two categories: Men’s Clothing and Boys’ Clothing. Every listing shows the price, the available sizes, the stock position and a description of the fabric and fit.

Sizes shown on a product page are read from that product’s own description, and any measurements quoted are of the garment laid flat, with a tolerance of roughly half an inch. Photography is representative; screens vary, so slight colour differences are normal and are not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The amount shown on the product page is the amount you pay — there are no charges added at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is issued with every order.

Discounts are calculated against our own previous selling price and are never inflated to manufacture a saving. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the pricing was clearly erroneous, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where we cancel, you are refunded in full.

You may pay online (UPI, cards or net banking) or by cash on delivery where available. The payment page is presented only after the order is placed. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

An account is optional — you can check out as a guest. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy the catalogue systematically, or to place fraudulent or malicious orders. We reserve the right to refuse service where these terms are breached.

The site design, text, photography and logos are ours or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product names or brands mentioned remain the property of their owners.

We sell apparel only. We do not deal in drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery products, adult content, tobacco or alcohol.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
